Does anyone know the latest amount of free trading shares? I see this number as of 2/28/14
Free Trading Shares
476,913,868 as of February 28, 2014
any dilution going on here lately? I see in the letter from nono tech they will dilute for up coming mergers and acquisitions....
We have to balance this use of proceeds with other needs of cash including upcoming mergers and acquisitions, and when it makes sense we intend to reduce our outstanding shares as much as possible. With that being said, we have to issue shares from time to time, including issuing shares as part of strategic mergers and acquisitions, and in attracting world class executives and key employees that bring incredible value to our team. We also must fulfill our obligations under employment agreements.
WOW talks about reducing shares and in the same sentence he is diluting, I wonder what as much as possible means??? very little?? minimal?? or none
sounds like dilution is on the way and share reduction will be a passing thought...
His assessment of me has been 100% false.
That says a lot to me!

"Pump-and-Dumps" and Market Manipulations
“Pump-and-dump” schemes involve the touting of a company’s stock (typically small, so-called “microcap” companies) through false and misleading statements to the marketplace. These false claims could be made on social media such as Facebook and Twitter, as well as on bulletin boards and chat rooms. Pump-and-dump schemes often occur on the Internet where it is common to see messages posted that urge readers to buy a stock quickly or to sell before the price goes down, or a telemarketer will call using the same sort of pitch. Often the promoters will claim to have “inside” information about an impending development or to use an “infallible” combination of economic and stock market data to pick stocks. In reality, they may be company insiders or paid promoters who stand to gain by selling their shares after the stock price is “pumped” up by the buying frenzy they create. Once these fraudsters “dump” their shares and stop hyping the stock, the price typically falls, and investors lose their money.

You do need to get an NP1. Once you have one, you will see...
I would never buy anything ntek because I know what they aren't. I've publicly asked d.f. to send me a np-1, even with no enclosure, I don't care. He never will and here's why:
d.f. knows I'm in the broadcast industry for years. d.f. has highly likely checked me out as I'm easy to research. d.f. KNOWS that with all our professional broadcast production systems at my present job, we would run the np through all the paces and it would fail. d.f. knows that I, being in a broadcast studio with at least 4 professional media conversion systems, SDI and all editing standards at my disposal including access to comcast media facilities with their own media content processing systems..(good to be friends with other techs) that I would see and KNOW the np-1's good points and all the points d.f. doesn't want people to know.
I'm surrounded at work by everything imaginable that could validate what the np1 can do, yet d.f. won't let that happen. Since I know computer systems and MB's and know all about what I'm looking at, d.f. definitely doesn't want me disassembling the np1 since I don't fall for the foleybaloney(tM)
I'm not an auto mechanic, but I can fix a ton of stuff on my cars myself, but I'm sure not going to tell my car mechanic who does the big jobs that the 6 cylinder engine has eight cylinders and he has to take my word for it.
(And d.f., if you see this post, please don't send me any nasty PM's or any pm's since everything you have to discuss with posters should be public.)
Have they sold the 13th NP1 yet?
