I think we need to slow the cart down a bit..
As much as I would like to see a deal between Wal-Mart and VIIC, we need to be reasonable with what we are throwing out on the board. And in my opinion I don't think a deal with Wal-Mart is what is stated here.

It is known that there is an agreement in the works with the Port of Houston. And Just like at the Port of Long Beach there are carriers that are contracted with the port to move containers to facilities outside of the port terminals and also back into the port. TTS-I would be one of these carriers and they also happen to be the VIIC's carrier partner at the moment.

"Vision is expecting to sign a similar agreement for the demonstration of 20 trucks at the Port of Houston. The Houston-based grant is designed to demonstrate the movement of containerized cargo between port terminals and Walmart's Houston Distribution facility with Vision's fuel cell electric truck, the Tyrano™. TTS-I, Vision's launch customer, will be the operator of these trucks as well."

So if you read closely what is in the statement and then add up what you already know is fact then you will see that all that is going on here is that Wal-Mart is being USED as part of the demonstration for the Port of Houston. Probably because they have multiple large distribution centers within the range of the trucks and that they would have a huge volume of container goods going to these DC's.

I'm sure they would have to agree to this so that is probably why they are named plus it is good PR for them.

And if you do a little more research on Wal-Mart and alternate fuel trucks you would find this:

This is all just my opinion.
I want to see this company do well just like everyone else because that is money in my pocket.

..If you still repeat your opinions without substantiation...we will go mad ..and will have to do something about it..OK..

If people don't want to read or dig in on their investment, their major loss both on short and long term profit cause they can't read and analyze information of a stock's and industries. Way to Go VIIC!!!
So... I had to register because I had a question? I don't really trade but I kinda just try and find something here and there. On 8/11/2011 I bought 750 shares of Vision @.26. And so I got my proxy vote invitation. It says as of 7/15/2014 articles of inc, authorized up to 500million 498 million common 2 million preferred.

Of the 500 million we had 138,279,647 of common issued and outstanding. Then it says " THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE STOCK RESERVED TO SATISFY UNEXERCISED STOCK OPTIONS AND DEBT CONVERSIONS."What does that last line mean if anyone knows ? TIA
IS THAT WHY WALMART IS DEMONSTRATING 20-VIIC TRUCKS??? $3.4M GTFOH!!!!!!

$270,000 EA AT THE PORT OF HOUSTON!!!

ROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOFL

SILVER COMETH
Again..The AS CANNOT BE INCREASED WITHOUT CONSENT FROM THE SHAREHOLDERS..AND 95% ARE AGAINST THAT..Now..just to understand why companies raise AS..

..The company issuing additional authorized shares does not mean they can cash in .. most times when a company wishes to increase authorized shares is to retain control of their company usually from hostile take overs..
The company uses the authorized shares as a protection measure from any change of control of ownership, in addition they can also use their authorized shares to acquire other companies rather than using their cash ..they can use stock for stock transaction and actually increase wealth to the company of which increases wealth to your share.

..If you still repeat your opinions without substantiation...we will go mad ..and will have to do something about it..OK..

VIIC

OBVIOUSLY...THEY HAVE $6.5M IN GRANTS...WALMART DEMONSTRATION AND 100 ORDER FROM TTSI THATS WORTH OVER $27M AND ANOTHER COMMITMENT FOR 400 TOTAL FROM TTSI AT $275,000 A PIECE!!!

PUT YOUR 9YR OLD SON ON HERE...I'M SURE HE'S SMARTER THAN MOST ADULTS I'VE SEEN ON HERE TODAY!
