Next Filing on the 8th , already built into this price ! no one expecting miracles , the next 3-6 months should start to show some improvement as more machines hit the market , sales from Jurassic water increase , clothing etc , joint venture with usei , sales from Valley Hydroponics and Organics in Sonoma , the list goes on and erbb on !!!

I completely agree. ERBB is a speculative stock and we're all assessing that AG's success lies in its future based on it's business model. They're laying the foundation and I'm not expecting the financials to look good right now. I think they're on the right track and once they find a battle rhythm, the company should start turning profits.
If we look at the filings coming out on the 8th - we should not be trading. This is an emerging penny stock.
We already know they are going to stink on ice, in fact there will likely be zilch for anything to even bother looking at.
personally i could care less about what the financials look like, than i do if i blink my eye's one extra time this week.

Also, may I suggest that you call the American Green and ask to speak with the CEO Stephen Shearin and also go to the Tempe Arizona AG offices and talk with the company execs there as some on this board have done. Some people in here e-mail Stephen Shearin and ask questions and he replies!
I think they also have an investor's relation person now. Ask her questions about ERBB.

Thank you for your advice. I do my own AND read what other people have to say. Being "new" to pennies I've have to learn restraint and not panic. Panic caused a lot of loss. Again thanks for the advice. Been around since about jan/feb of 13
Too often a potential investor be it in ERBB or other, when they check the boards they want to believe the positive posts, but it's easier to disconnect via the posts that degrade the company. There are still some die hard posters who think they can still persuade us into thinking this is a scam.
That's why it's important for me as well as others who do know the heartbeat of the company, to keep things in perspective. If ERBB "was" a scam of sorts, I have to ask...what scam company can say they cornered the market as we have done, and this is just beginning.
Stay put, weed out those who degrade us, and only pay attention to posts with substance, and not just opinions based on wishful thinking.
Due diligence is the key in order to post sensibly, because longs can tell who's just posting to have something to say. Some have an inside track, but can't post what they know, and just have to put out positive statements without disclosing insider info.
It definitely is hard for a newbie to weed out the pumpers and figure out who to trust. I've been here almost a year i think and have been burned a few times. I don't post as much as I used to but I've bought back into this one and have to stay to ride it out. Had some at sub pennies and sold when It tanked then stupidly bought back in a few months ago when it was .09. I'm hanging in there this time. Good luck to all the other NEWBIES that have joined the party. It's gonna rock and roll one day soon

Why would you buy them of you think AG is a scam? So you basically you are saying you want to be invested in this company but want cheaper shares. Well that boat has left the dock buddy. Best bet is maybe it'll have a short retraction, but sub pennies is not really a reality at this point.
In addition to the requirements I posted for NASDQ listing, there are six forms that have to be filled to comply with what is needed to be in compliance with Nasdq standards.
Seems like a lot to deal with, but it's routine bull that all companies have to deal with as they move from the pinks, and over the counter trades. But we're fast becoming what we need to do to move on, and we're at the starting line, and the finish will say it all.

IN ORDER FOR ERBB TO GET LISTED ON NASDQ, we must meet at least one requirement out of three standards.
We must have a minimum of 1,250,000 traded shares upon listing, and that does not include what is held by owners, officers, or directors which is more than 10% of the company.
There is a bid price of $4.00 or more that has to be met, as well as having a minimum of three market makers.
In addition, we need to have at least 450 "100" share shareholders, with at least twenty two hundred shareholders and averaging over one million average volume for 12 months.
We need to have pre tax earning for the prior three years of around eleven million, with no net loss.
Also, we need a cash flow of around $27.5 million for the past 3 years with no negative cash flow in that period.
Our average market capitalization for the year should be around $550 million, with revenues for the fiscal year at a ,minimum of $110 million.
When we "do" get listed, we must maintain certain standards to continue trading, and failure to do so would result in delisting.
Being on the pink sheets has it's advantages to a point whereas certain filings with the SEC are not required. But Nasdq is where its at to be recognized as those who are on it are considered better quality companies.
I don't see any problem with us being on Nasdq, but there are requirements to be met, and as we do, then we can think of being a billion dollar company to be dealt with.
