Personally... I don't see any reason to worry about the extra 2b authorized, and IMO Steve will be using this for the betterment of ICPA... which will benefit ALL shareholders !
There are those that think the additional shares are bad... and there are those (far fewer) that think the addition will be a good thing... but one thing is for sure... someone will be proven right in due time !
Load the boat... or unload the boat... or, just hedge your bet, but IMO make your move soon !
