he did say last june that it was for paperwork, most likely it was for company attornies for patents and so, including getting stuff ready for aquistion of punch! IMO! But steve said it was for paperwork!

I have cost I need to cover to close this deal so I am taking my own stock and selling some and then giving it to the company to pay for the paperwork. Btw I have not taken a dime in 7 years and paid all the bills out of my pocket.
