Right, but that is where the Belize element is supposed to come in to play.
The way I look at it is you have the domestic element of Treaty, which can be compared apples to apples to the likes of ECCE and WGASD. Those little companies are seeing pops even though they haven't made even 75,000 dollars between them in the last 3 years. The pop's are not fundamental in my book because it's not reporting either an increase in production or revenue, but just a possibility of one next year.
Then, there is the offshore element in Belize. I'm not looking at billions of recoverable oil, but Treaty does have a JV with a company that has 1.2 million acres of concessions. So, I'm looking at that component as similar to BNE with it's 5,000 bpd. At that point I would put Treaty at some portion of being in the league with HDY and EHRE. Ten years without a dime to show for it, that's just rough. I heard that there is a well that has been dug in Russia for 25 years with nothing to show for it. I guess it is more of a government works project if anything.
