I was suggesting that companies like HDY & ERHE are playing an entirely different game than WGAS & TECO. No one expects HDY or ERHE to start producing anytime in the next few years. On the other hand, WGAS & TECO are expected to show produce yesterday.
HDY & ERHE are able to get away with this because their assets (concessions) are quite valuable & thought to contain significant reserves.
