No arguments here!
mikoli007... That control is only 2 months and 1 week away. I'm glad he is playing golf. I wonder how much "Touch of Grey" he has to put in his hair to look like that job is having a toll on him? I'm more concerned how much of a toll he is having on this country. I think he will outshine Carter as the biggest loser this country has had as president. We will have to give him the "Do nothing award" or maybe the "search and destroy America award".

I would have thought he would have done it by now. If I were him, I would take all the credit in the world for saving FnF therefore insuring the survival of home ownership! There is just to many ways you could spin this and come out smelling like roses by tellin watt to release and uplist.
Obama will try to take credit for FnF by releasing them and saying he was the one that jump started the mortgage market.
Could you imagine, Obama loses out on a chance to spin this in his favor only to allow the republicans to do the right thing, release and uplist. Putting all the blame on the dems and taking all the credit for doing what right and lawful.
We need to move FnF overseas!
myogenix..That's what I've been saying. We need to be the ones to get that message out there. We need to spread the word. We need to expose the lowlife that evades our political realm.
They all work for the owners of this country. You know the ones that own the counterfeiting operation known as the Federal Reserve. Now they are trying to steal as much as they can. Have you noticed how all the businesses in the U.S. want to relocate their headquarters in other countries? They will move to some place like Puerto Rico where the United States of America is incorporated.
It seems court news and only court news can drive the pps up.
i am all for efficiency, but what i don't like about this is that if they convert those assets to cash it will be subject to the sweep and the lease will become a company liability. we need the courts to step in on these mf'ers.
Yep.. W all the good news yesterday evidentially is just hype for now!! Had a good push and a weak close yesterday.. Today, horrible! Must not be much merit in the news yesterday or at for now.. Jmo or else we still be climbing !
Yeah volume is really low today, this makes me think that we might dip tomorrow as well.
Man, this sucks. This is the slowest I have ever seen Fannies volume. My geaahhh!
Single leased office building typically is for a 20-30 year term. That is how commercial real estate works. I get the feeling Fannie is trying to tell us something.
We are focused on making responsible real estate decisions to ensure the wise use of resources," says a Fannie Mae (OTCQB:FNMA -0.3%) spokesperson of the company's plans to sell it's sprawling headquarters as part of a consolidation of its 5 D.C. offices into a single leased office building

Pending Home Sales Hit Highest Level in a YearThursday, August 28, 2014 9:52 AM ETReuters
Americans signed more contracts in July to buy previously-owned homes than in any month in almost a year, suggesting the housing market was pulling out of its slump more quickly than expected.
The National Association of Realtors (NAR) said on Thursday its Pending Home Sales Index, based on contracts signed last month, rose 3.3 percent to 105.9, the highest level since August 2013.
Analysts polled by Reuters had expected an increase of 0.5 percent last month.
The index plunged last summer after mortgage interest rates spiked, but it has been mostly rising since March of this year.
Contracts signed last month rose in the Northeast, the South and the West of the country, but fell in the Midwest.
This is something I read on quantumonline.com:
"BUSINESS: Fannie Mae is a New York Stock Exchange company and the largest non-bank financial services company in the world. It operates pursuant to a federal charter and is the nation's largest source of financing for home mortgages. Fannie Mae is working to shrink the nation's "homeownership gaps" through a $2 trillion "American Dream Commitment" to increase homeownership rates and serve 18 million targeted American families by the end of the decade. Fannie Mae was created in 1938, under President Franklin D. Roosevelt, at a time when millions of families could not become homeowners, or risked losing their homes, for lack of a consistent supply of mortgage funds across America. The government established Fannie Mae in order to expand the flow of mortgage funds in all communities, at all times, under all economic conditions, and to help lower the costs to buy a home. In 1968, Fannie Mae was rechartered by Congress as a shareholder-owned company, funded solely with private capital raised from investors on Wall Street and around the world." -QuantumOnline.com
Just thought I would share this little tid-bit.
Good luck to all fellow FNMA longs!
