So what is the actual point you are trying to make?

I just revisited and realize that the answer to the quality assurance issues of all those shipped crates was staring us in the eyes all along!

OMG, seriously? So that's what all the Publix posts have been about? To show us that Publix is "kid friendly", followed by PLKD share dumping? I wonder how many PLKD shares are still being held by the major shareholders that were seen on Rico's list? Hmmmm!

Maybe to show Publix is kid friendly, just like the water.
Dude give the guy a break he has to file a form 4 to dump any shares. I haven't seen any of those. If anything your flipping this.
Whoever said whatever has no proof. I have no "friends" so I don't know who u talked to
The truth is in the details. Being able to see the details in a company and it's information is important. Falsely making claims is not efficient. It is a trailer...not a sign. GLTU

Lol what a stretch
What a sneaky sob got to hand it to rico suave
Maybe to show Publix is kid friendly, just like the water.
LOL! So what's your point? It's the Publix Slogan. The Publix slogan is ... "Publix, where shopping is a pleasure" and that's what she was holding. Did Rico post that pic to mislead investors? That pic was posted just before one of the many huge PLKD share dumping episodes took place, remember?
Quote:
Btw that was not a Publix sign that Rico's daughter was holding.
Soooo...with that all-so-informative new Facebook post, it sounds like Jessica Alba's company is about to buy Publix grocery, rename it "Pleasant Kids Food & Stuff", and then give it to Rico for an early Christmas present. Did I leave anything out? lol
*) *) okay Moe. .. Your friends talk. ..
It's cool with me I'm not a regulatory agency. ..
Flip away. .. Load the wait
Totally agree. The company updates have been as events occurred. Next event, we will summarily be updated.

What I meant buying into strength could be number things ie legitimate pr's buy back of shares revenue etc. sure you can buy more shares in down trend but price may never recover or at the same time you can have all the above and company can still dilute into rise in pps
Show me where I said I am flipping this.
What accusation, you've admitted to flipping. . Right no big deal lol trade their own way. .
Just saying, gotta file. . Right?
IMO When the name change happens, we are going to get lots of news... Sellers are going to cry and chase but, this time, I won't be either of those.
I will try to free up some $ for more 6's..

So, Robert Rico's facebook posts on the facebook account that he designated (in his PR) as a means of informing the investment community of material events, should be considered lies? Ok, thanks! Good to know.
please review Regulation FD
http://www.sec.gov/News/PressRelease/Detail/P..._9oUx69KSN
>>Washington, D.C., April 2, 2013 — The Securities and Exchange Commission today issued a report that makes clear that companies can use social media outlets like Facebook and Twitter to announce key information in compliance with Regulation Fair Disclosure (Regulation FD) so long as investors have been alerted about which social media will be used to disseminate such information.
The SEC’s report of investigation confirms that Regulation FD applies to social media and other emerging means of communication used by public companies the same way it applies to company websites. The SEC issued guidance in 2008 clarifying that websites can serve as an effective means for disseminating information to investors if they’ve been made aware that’s where to look for it. Today’s report clarifies that company communications made through social media channels could constitute selective disclosures and, therefore, require careful Regulation FD analysis.<<
