Been watching it longer. Yes, at least BKRT finished up.

So have I, maybe i was too busy watching BKRT..... Based on volume past few days factor in float and flippers I'd say we're down to 3-6m left to dilute, I'd assume most holders dumped Monday + Tuesday. 36m volume brought us up 30% ish, and Tuesday was red on 31m traded... just about done
ARCA has disappeared near the EOD for days now only to show back up in the AM. Some of us have been watching this one for a while now.

no they haven't, and they're an OTC QB fully reporting with the SEC... Everything they do in terms of issuing shares is done in official filings with the SEC
They been diluting all year why stop now... Oh because pinky sheets say so lol

I saw it. Question is, how much do they have left? I would have thought that with the volume we've had here recently, they would have been finished by now but there was obviously a lot of retail swapping volume which doesn't count. Keep in mind that they have a time frame so there could be another opportunity in the next couple of days to get some even cheaper. If it does go lower, I'll probably add another 100k.
scared money don't make money clark... every trade in the OTC will be trading this next week, i prefer to get into BEFORE people like you decide to buy in, like they will be all next week

In the event that the Closing shall not have occurred by on or before August 29, 2014, due to the Company’s or the Holder’s failure to satisfy the conditions set forth in Sections 4 and 5 hereof (and the nonbreaching party’s failure to waive such unsatisfied conditions(s)), the nonbreaching party shall have the option to terminate this Agreement with respect to such breaching party at the close of business on such date without liability of any party to any other party. Upon such termination, the terms hereof shall be null and void.
This is being pumped hard. A few people on twitter attached to this as well scares me.
