Good day today imo. Can't wait to see what's going to happen next week!
Yep, looks like were r-ready for lift-off.
EPGL Stock Message Board http://investorshangout.com/EP-Global-Communi...PGL-87206/
Well look at that. You are correct. So maybe, just maybe the pending news announced by EPGL and the NYSE company will result in an increased share price rather than a sell on the news. Thank You sir.
That's a great question. One I've asked myself dozens of times this week. I've NEVER seen one. Having said that, there's a couple of caveats that are keeping me holding onto all my shares:
1) I HAVE seen a stock's share price tumble the day or two following the news, only for common sense to take over and the stock actually ends the week higher than it was pre-news. I'm sort of expecting that scenario here.
2) EPGL so far has behaved in ways that I haven't seen in other pinks. From the PWC relationship, to actually RISING following a reverse split, to having the chill lifted, the company has shown before that it (and its stock) don't behave like other pinks.
3) I still think there's a possibility of a buyout, or something similar to a buyout. A lot of the "sell on news" I've been a part of have to do with a "partnership" or "agreement in place" that is underwhelming to investors. Then there is always the possibility that the news is baked into the current share price. But I think a buyout or some sort of acquisition might draw more new, big investors than it would cause current shareholders to sell, resulting in a higher share price.
Just some of my thoughts for now. I admit, I'd be more optimistic if we were rising instead of trading sideways, but if you had told me a month ago we'd be around .07 two days before the news, I'd have taken it!
Great; you might want to follow this board, add EPGL to your "my stocks", and sign up for email alerts at the bottom of the EPGL intro.

Got my shares. Thanks to everyone that provided all the great info and DD. I'm buckled up with this one. See you guys on the other side (post announcement)!
Maybe they meant FCC? As in an FCC approved communication source?
Of course. Recent example, Burger king and Tim hortons pps have soared after they announced their merger
You're actually not dumb at all and that was an intelligent question, and tour correct unless you're talking about pink stock scam, news of "the next best thing" is what these types of Stocks rely on to boost pps, if you play the scam right you can make a lot of money, , theres no other market where you will see a stock go from .004 to .04 whereas that is a major increase percentage wise that's like apple going from 600 to 7200 a share, people get excited because they can hold so many shares say 400000 but don't realize that that is only worth $40 , could th is stock be different, maybe don't th e all claim that
If the SEC took the time to clarify its opinion on social media use for corporate communication (i.e. They are ok to communicate with shareholders), it is obviously because companies do use them beyond the sole epgl
I hope they will be back on Twitter at some point, not to notify shareholders but for a more casual communication. Many companies do that
I do not know what exactly a SEC approved PR is. Twitter is SEC approved as well. If you are talking about SEC filling, I would say that it is possible but I am not expecting one friday. Would be a fine surprise though
A green close would do wonders for moral...at least for mine.
Come on EPGL...let's get back on track. The up track! Git er done!
Lots of stocks have a twitter presence and can make various announcements on how they choose. Friday...after hours there will be news probably via PR. I hope you have some shares it will be a fun ride. Funny trading today...like no one believes the company has big news coming. Us longs know the company has been really wanting to tell all us shareholders but has been under a non-disclosure agreement with the larger company. I hope this helps.
Only nite stands in the way of being green for the day.
I lost some money by moving from one stock to EPGL but in the long run it was the best move. Big money to come next week.
Agreed. I consider it a stepping stone to greater things.
My opinion is twitter served it's purpose to this point, big things coming now ....
