I don't believe that is correct. The chart has a technical move that is going to happen with or without the deal. SAR flip is close. Patience will win here. I don't believe selling is the right move but GLTU.

And when I read the 10-Q, I see a share structure that is insurmountable, a long hx of toxic convertible debt that will probably be refreshed in the next 10-Q, and an operating expense structure that will remain in the red even if PLKD bottles all the water in the Chesapeake Bay.

As far as there not being evidence of a NDA, where would one go to find this evidence? Maybe there is some big NDA website where's all the NDA's in the world are listed and you can look it up?
If I remember correctly there has already been a response from Publix to someone here that states that there is a NDA in place with PLKD. Is that not enough to let you catch your breath and give this a little time to play out?

There is no evidence of a NDA with Publix. None. It's never been stated by Rico or the company. If there was a NDA with Publix, why hasn't Rico announced that on facebook? Surely if that was true, he would want investors to know. PLKD

Just drank another bottle of Pleasant Kids water. It tastes great! It won't be long before it is in major chains. No aftertaste or bottle taste. BPA free bottle. Great packaging.
