INCC to Retire 3 Billion Shares
Sarasota, FL / ACCESSWIRE / May 19, 2014 / International Consolidated Companies, Inc. (OTC Other Markets: INCC) today announced that the company will retire 3 Billion shares issued in trust for an acquisition on Aug 26, 2011. The 3 Billion shares will be returned to treasury on or before filing the financial statements with OTC markets.
Previously, INCC has announced that it intends to enter the medical marijuana market and change it's name to Medical Cannabis Holdings, Inc. Unlike other public companies in the medical marijuana market, Medical Cannabis Holdings, Inc. will focus on acquiring and growing businesses that will provide services or technology that assists the growers and patients, versus the production and marketing of marijuana for medical use.

No attacts most of us are waiting on news financials and many other things that will reflect in the pps. Most of those stocks ran baised on hype and no delivery. We are getting delivery while running but the icing will be the financials
This is actually very refreshing to see..a lot of chatter with extremely low volume on an unregulated stock. People may finally understand what these pink sheet and OTC MMJ stocks are all about..dilution scams and this will be no different. Anyone question this statement..research for yourself..look at the long list of MMJ companies that were supposed to go big and look at where they are now. Notice the bump in price followed by the dilution and tanking price per share. Do your own DD.
Now the pumpers and bagholders will follow with their attacks..let's hear it peeps.
Thats my question does anyone know if the share retirement also lifts the chill cause obviously the shares will need to be accounted for and does this also coincide with name change and are we getting a new ticker symbol

momonie, Scottrade will not even let me put a sell order in at a dollar. Says its too high or something like that. I just wanted to see the dollar amount it would be. I know I can calculate it but its not the same.
Once the first major prs start coming out it will be my guess there are many lurkers stealing shares but once the cat is out of the bag there will be no stopping us. Many are still accumalating by the looks of L2. Some of the players are also getting out played. Tons of hidden bids
