At the risk of being repetitive - you are talking about two different things which have no bearing on each other. The APCA will march on (or be repealed) regardless of what happens to PTOI. And not to put too fine a point on it: no one is criticizing your motives for posting here like you do without being a shareholder - they're simply questioning them. Based on the frequency, times, and content of your posts, one might deduce that this is your day job....
One way or another, this story will end, and some here have placed their bets that they're on the right side of it. At least they have the balls to "have skin in the game".
