This is huge MCT-485 has demonstrated in in vitro models the ability to kill transformed liver cancer cells while not harming normal, non-transformed liver cells. "MCT-485 addresses the need to directly target liver cancer cells and not normal liver cells", said W. Gerald Newmin, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. MCT-485 is currently being evaluated in animal models of hepatocellular carcinoma. MultiCell also plans to study MCT-485 in relevant in vitro and animal models for other major cancers.

MultiCell Technologies Granted U.S. Patent Covering Therapeutics Which Fight Virus Infection And Cancer
WOONSOCKET, R.I., Aug. 25, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- MultiCell Technologies, Inc. (OTC: MCET) has been issued U.S. patent 8,809,290 covering novel drug compositions and platform technologies which redirect the immune system response to protect against highly virulent virus infection and cancer. These novel drug compositions consisting of noncoding doubled stranded RNA (dsRNA) molecules and recombinant immunoglobulin-peptide (IgP) molecules demonstrate unique immune stimulating activity, and the ability to present peptide antigens to immune cells resulting in protective anti-tumoral and anti-viral immunity.
In mouse cancer models, the combination of MCT-465, a dsRNA therapeutic, and MCT-475, an IgP therapeutic, not only induced the animal's immune system to eradicate the engrafted tumor, but upon rechallenge with tumor cells, no new tumors developed indicating the animal had developed protective anti-tumoral immunity. Tumor rejection and protection against similar and new tumor variants was found to also be associated with specific, overall expansion of cytokine producing cells. This finding indicates a broadening of the repertoire of anti-tumor immune cells and the development of immune memory in the
confidential treatment order? I bet they already are!
For anyone new here just keep a few things in mind. MultiCell hardly ever puts out press releases and when they do it's the real deal. Multicell has spent years on research & development which they did have to dilute the O/S to keep the lights on which is understandable in the R&D space.
All of this scientific research for curing cancer, hepatitis, etc is finally showing us the light at the end of the tunnel for shareholders. MultiCell has long relationships with Pfizer, Corning, and Amarin which my guess is one of them will make a buyout offer in the near-term. So the current share structure doesn't concern me, although it's not great. The price to cure cancer/hepatitis is priceless in my opinion so sit back relax as we may be sitting on the golden ticket here.
Just my opinion and good luck to all.
I'd say a larger Pharma partnership/ licensing deal first. Once this happens people will be chasing this up in cents.

Are you kidding me- market cap at these prices it's absolutely peanuts and nothing which upside of 10-20X++
This patent win will lead the doors to possible partnership, licensing deals and much more. All it'll take is 1 large Pharma involving any of these and this'll explode!!!
Patience and we shall see some huge returns from these discounted levels
I read patent approval and it seems to me it is working . Even found exact place where mice developed immunity agains cancer . I mentioned it in first post .

Yep exactly! 3.7BN at .0011 is no biggie. Tiresome these scare tactics about O/S at these trip zero prices.

MCET - honestly... The patent approval makes us more poised for a green day tomorrow IMHO... I was just pointing out what i saw in the charts historically.
I grabbed some .001s today too.
Let's see what happens.

I'm gonna say that basing tomorrow's move on "history repeating itself" is something you gotta watch out for especially people that decided to short this today, which based on the short volume looks to be over 30%. I'm sure that all the shorts are hoping history will repeat itself, but what if history doesn't repeat itself and we get a massive short covering tomorrow? It could happen and in fact I hope it does. GLTA
You think Chrion? I added a few at .001 and bidding for more at .0009 ~ I think we see a move to the .0016-.0018 range IMO
Now that they have a US Patent, can we expect production deal NEWS soon ?
