Well, it is nice to see the media giving it some attention, but anybody on this board knows its not really news. The way the administration has been shooting down or delaying requests for information under the FOIA is appauling, but is not (new) news either. It is definitely nice to see the media informing of those violations as well. I have heard of requests that were supposed to be provided no more than 20?, or 21 days, going 8 months to 14 months and still not receiving information. Every time these sheetbag politicians feel that they want to keep their dirt hidden, they claim imminent domain, or some other bs to prevent themselves from being exposed. This has got to stop!! Fckin lawyers running our country.
Does not matter that this is old news to us, it's news to much of America. What this article equates to is an ever so slight shift in the attitude towards the GSE's in the mainstream media.
Maybe just a few stones right now but this how landslides begin.

Many of these got away with stealing money for a long time, but lost in the end.
As T Pagliara pointed out, "theft" is not protected by the courts.
After the discovery yields documents, you will see politicians scatter..and abandon and turn on their friends to save their own neck.

I would give a percentage of my FNMA FMCC shares to charity to see the dirty birds get grilled like they grilled GM's Mary Barra.
I'm not saying GM didn't deserve it, but to be done by double standard hypocrites is not right.

So we are reaching row call formation. How many Marines would show in DC NOV 10, 2014? How many Marines active and veterans will stand together to oppose these gov treason bastards? How many others will follow us? My bet is on the Marines who also took an oath as the gov representatives to protect the country and constitution. It is time we organized. A rope would be justice.

When a politician says "So, sue us..."
An attorney friend told me this was a normal politician response and is how they think. It's an arrogant statement, but this is how these dirty politicians think. They may come up with the laws, but it is up to the court system to interpret the law. The politicians are pushing the law, and obviously have went way beyond the rule of law. Ackman, Fairholme et all all know this, and will not sell out. They have the money, the resources, and patience to win.
We will win.
