I see that a lot of loud outraged denials about the Judge requiring HP to be sued by tmm have now become an effort to spin this into "good news" for tmm. Getting caught looting is never good news for the looter. tmm has had no valid license to use the tech since 1996 according to the Iterated lawyers.
Read the new financials! tmm paying millions of shares to selected DFMI shareholders! How did they decide which ones to pay off? Looks like they missed most of the 29, I'm sure the judge will look forward to hearing their logic.[/i]
1) No loudness and no outrage, just don't want twisted facts posted on here.....no one is sueing HP and all unbiased people know that for a fact. The judge never said anything like that.....just ain't true!
2)TMMI doesn't need to spin good news, and never does. They state and publish the true facts----no pump and dump here, and no spinning by the company's management and advisors----no need since they have TRUDEF, the holy grail of the ISI arena!!! Millions of contract revenue coming shortly IMHO.
3) The only ones that ever looted is Demented, and now they have been CAUGHT AND SUED BIG TIME AND NAMED PERSONALLY IN THE LAWSUIT!! MILLIONS IN PERSONAL LIABILITY ABOUT TO HAPPEN TO EACH AND EVERY DEFENDENT. WHAT COMES AROUND GOES AROUND.
4) TRUDEF and its suite of products is 100% owned by TMMI, and always has been, the only license necessary will be the one issued by TMMI for the use of its product, again THIS CAN NEVER BE TAKEN AWAY BY ANYONE like the Demented or a court.
5) I have read the new financials, and they look pretty darn good for a pink, in fact they will have enough to sue the shorts off the Demented for many years since millions in revenue will begin flowing shortly!!

7) No,the stock price will not be a buck by Labor Day, but will be this year IMHO. You can never predict these things exactly or I would be a billionaire, but I can tell you this stock will go way over a buck while Demented will by bankrupt!!
