Why Pre-Qualify?
Completing the pre-qualification process will provide you with a user ID and password that will grant access to a company-specific home page. Your home page will allow you to retrieve information and standard forms required for your company to conduct business with Publix.
Corporate Purchasing
If you are interested in conducting business with the Corporate Purchasing group, please visit How to Become a Retail Product Supplier on our Publix Business Connection Web site. Please do NOT click on the button at the bottom of this page to pre-qualify.
Facilities & Manufacturing Purchasing
An authorized representative of your company must complete the pre-qualification process and submit all of Publix's standard paperwork before the Facilities and Manufacturing groups will consider you as a potential supplier. This representative should have the authority to negotiate on behalf of your company. Publix's standard paperwork consists of the standard Non-Disclosure Agreement, the Continuing Indemnity, and a copy of your Certificate of Insurance.

Accumulate and wait.. it's not fun but it's going to pay off. If we can get the majority of shares in strong hands then we are all going to make a boatload.. only 3.5 mil here but always looking for more cheapies
Great news my fellow PLKDians. I just spoke to the head purchasing agents from Publix corporate office in Lakeland Fl.
I asked if they carry the pleasant kid water supply he said no but they are looking into it, he say they do their water products reviews twice a year and when they do the next review the pleasant kid water supply is one they will look into. I asked when will they do the review he didn't want to say. But it's coming.
Can't wait till Monday to load up on some more shares, even if its at 8 or 9. Time to load up!

Helllo in the business world-deals can take time to finalize. Then in stores and breaking boundaries. Before this goes any further id like them just to manages what they have before we worry about a pub-lix deal.

Yes it does. It all hinges on news being released about a Publix signed contract. That was established by Robert Rico a long time ago. That's what everybody is waiting for ... the signed Publix contract.
