Medical Cannabis Holdings plans grow Colorado buildings
Medical Cannabis Holdings Inc., formerly known as International Consolidated Companies Inc., has entered into a binding letter of intent to build a 5,000-square-foot building in Salida, Colo. This facility will be the first of what the company believes will be several buildings it plans to construct with the company’s proprietary turnkey hydroponic system.
The Sarasota-based company expects to lease the buildings to licensed marijuana growers.
“We believe this should be the best and highest use of the GroPro Systems Inc. technology and are excited to move to a definitive lease back agreement in the coming weeks,” Antonio Uccello III, Medical Cannabis Holdings’ chairman and CEO, says in a press release. “Management believes revenue should be significant.”
At the same time, the company reported because of an unforeseen death in its accountant’s family, the company would be delaying filing its financial statements.
Medical Cannabis Holdings is a publicly traded company focused on acquiring and operating businesses and technologies in the medical marijuana market.

Supply and Demand! We see that there is a new BOOM in America and now is still beginning! When the Feds legalize it medically across the board pharmaceutical companies will be looking for sources of cannabis, especially high grade. Dispensaries, startup companies, the scientific community will all look for suppliers. We are that supplier! We have tons of space, so we have tons of plants and therefore will have tons of income. This is a no brainer!
