Making a decision to become "Fitter" or Healthier takes accountability so finding a good Instructor or Trainer to help you get started is key. But most important if you are just starting, Keep it simple to prevent burnout. Two to three days a week is a good start. If you miss, it's okay!, learn to forgive yourself BUT, make sure you are accountable!, A good Teacher will follow up with you.
As I look back at my journey into the Health and Fitness Industry 20 plus years. I try remind myself "why" I decided to make it a profession. You become a "Fitness Professional" once you start getting a paycheck. That goes for any profession. In the Fitness Industry what sets all professionals apart is the time and attention they give to their craft. The more time and energy spent into becoming a better Instructor/Teacher/Trainer/Coach the more lives you will touch because they "see" you put your heart and soul into teaching.
So for you guys that have been training with me off and on for a few years! Thank you!! and I am always trying to share some Love with you! as I am Kicking your Butt!

This company is one of the best, if not the best company traded at 5 cents a share. I think you already know that though. Ntek is gonna be a revenue making machine in short order

Making a decision to become "Fitter" or Healthier takes accountability so finding a good Instructor or Trainer to help you get started is key. But most important if you are just starting, Keep it simple to prevent burnout. Two to three days a week is a good start. If you miss, it's okay!, learn to forgive yourself BUT, make sure you are accountable!, A good Teacher will follow up with you.
As I look back at my journey into the Health and Fitness Industry 20 plus years. I try remind myself "why" I decided to make it a profession. You become a "Fitness Professional" once you start getting a paycheck. That goes for any profession. In the Fitness Industry what sets all professionals apart is the time and attention they give to their craft. The more time and energy spent into becoming a better Instructor/Teacher/Trainer/Coach the more lives you will touch because they "see" you put your heart and soul into teaching.
So for you guys that have been training with me off and on for a few years! Thank you!! and I am always trying to share some Love with you! as I am Kicking your Butt!

I have combed your ntek posts for months and I can't find a single publicly verifiable post where a single issue has come to fruition..
on the other hand ntek performs and keeps raising revenues, gaining employees and new partners, hires accounting and audit firm, ships, adds content...

Still Nope, nothing comes up SOS CA, subs are businesses which have to pay taxes. But since 4k studios operates off a desk behind some ice machines in the rear of a over paid leased brother, maybe d.f. and jeffy don't think they need to even have a DBO license.
Par for the ntek course. It's also impossible to link to show something's NOT there.
This company is one of the best, if not the best company traded at 5 cents a share. I think you already know that though. Ntek is gonna be a revenue making machine in short order

Dude, Iceman is correct.....nothing but misleading information over and over to try and detract from the basic principal that 4K studios has multiple locations and is pulling in $Millions in revenue this year....those are the facts.....time to deal with it. NTEK wins........hands down. GL
Well dude, Ok, I see, oh my, not able to find any links to official sources outside of ntek to prove 4k studios exists as a viable licensed business in SF. Just contentions, ntek created propaganda and boasts. Par for the ntek course. 4k must have set up shop in the ice machine rented space.
