Dude, you need to relax. Sounds like one that hadn't released in a while.
The fact is that it is going up. It has to. EOM
There is a strangle hold on this stock; no news has a positive impact.

Whoops
Not sure where that fine line is drawn but I have seen plenty of this going on in penny land. But you do have a good point.
Dianne, kindly note the following comments:
Quote:
Schissler drafted the BETTER deal...
His shares are calculated by the "closing bid price on the previous last trading day of the calendar month"...
Although Schissler's deal seem to be "better" the actual shares issued to him are minimal. His agreement is supposed to be $250K at the time of signing but it appears he is invoicing MTVX on a monthly basis. Take a look here:
April payment-
Quote:
In April 2014, in accordance with a consulting agreement the Company privately issued 1,041,700 shares of common stock to Matthew Schissler which had a fair market value of $13,958.78.
This is a conversion at $0.0134 per share.
May payment-
Quote:
In May 2014, in accordance with a consulting agreement the Company issued 1,894,000 shares of common stock to Pyrenees Investments, LLC which had a fair market value of $10,795.80.
This is a conversion at $0.0057 per share.
If you take the April and May payments, it gives a total of $24,754.58 for 2,935,700 shares. This is an average of $0.0084 per share. On this basis, what he actually received is not that much "better" than Pritt.
June payment - none. So perhaps, paid in cash.

I ASK FOR A LINK TO THE CONVERTIBLE NOTE THAT YOU CLAIM CONVERTS @ 1¢

As for the notes...
this one says no MORE than $0.012 per share...
No MORE, not no LESS...they get a 37.5% discount off the "Market Price".

This one is the convertible note that I was making reference to. It is not 1c but actually $0.012 per share as maximum conversion price with a 5 day look back at a 37.5% discount to market. If the discounted conversion at 37.5% to market were higher than $0.012, this lender would still get a $0.012 per share conversion. The note seems to contemplate that the share price at the end of October is expected to be higher than $0.012 because the note includes a ceiling conversion price. Notes given to lenders are written so that the offers are attractive to them hence this particular lender seems to agree that a ceiling price of $0.012 per share is a good one for him as well as the 37.5% discount AND the 5 day look back. This is very different from a 50% discount with a +15 day look back which is pretty standard in the business.
