They have put their stake in the ground regarding LymPro Commercialization (December) and up listing. (NASDAQ in November or December). They've also pretty much put their stake in the ground regarding the one billion authorized shares and the diagnostic spin off. Huffman was probably brought on specifically to do this "financial engineering." Gerald's credibility is on the line. He has publicly stated these things in a way he can't back out now.
So we've had a couple days go by without earth shattering news. LOL! How immature shareholders and message board posters can be. (Me especially!) Gerald is moving mountains to transform AMBS and much of the message board conversation is about Gerald's lack of performance and credibility. I can't believe that. I could make a list of all the things I know AMBS is moving forward with that would blow your mind. I've done it before many times, and so have others. Gerald just might be up for the CEO of the Year Award if he pulls off HALF of what I think he is attempting! And, there is a lot he is doing that none of us even know anything about! This is an incredible company and Gerald is a miracle maker!
I am feel very good about what's going on. The last couple of day's lull in news means absolutely nothing! And those like Solantey that are making a big deal about it should be ashamed of themselves and banned immediately from this board!
I think the master plan calls for revenue guidance during the CC on Sept. 2nd. I think releasing the "bridge data" before that makes sense. I think announcing our LymPro partner in the first half of September also makes sense, before the Shareholder meeting on the 22nd. Also, the partner needs 3 months to perform their validation test in their lab. They need to start in mid Sept. to end by mid December. That's a fact!
We're close ladies and gentleman. Relax and let it unfold. Be careful about selling shares too cheaply. I've only been through what we're about to go through once. That stock went from $8 to $81 in 8 months! My only regret is that I sold too early. I started selling off in the high teens and was completely out by $38. When a company like AMBS takes off.....it's a real spectacle! Hang on to your shares.
