Just making sure everyone knows the definition of a "black out period" they usually last between 3 and 60 days.
"A blackout period marks a time when investors are unable to alter their investment plans, such as retirement plans, or trade company stock. These periods typically occur when there is a change within a company that affects the way investment plans are handled, or before sensitive financial information is publicly released. In the United States (U.S.), for example, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has rules in place to prohibit insider trading during blackout periods."
JP- Do you know what GC is allowed to say during this period? I mean, he can't give updates or anything can he? Also, keep in mind his first of three conferences...Maybe the black out period ends at the first conference when he can speak publicly. Maybe the media blitz happens then also! If in fact he has entered the black out period.
