We need sustained buying though.. Thats not easy in the summer months. Most people are quick flippers.
September is right around the corner though.. Its the start of the penny season.

The ask was stacked all last week.. Buy after buy with no movement.. The ASK is razor thin now, but unfortunately we lost a bit of the MOMO. If we can get that back and see buying like we saw last week now that the seller is gone this will soar over .05 in no time.
Some of this could very well be naked shorting.. If you calculate the volume and current proven float shares are either being washed or "AIR" shares are entering the market.
I posted this once before but i remember a stock about 5 years ago that had a proven naked short.. Brokers essentially sold shares that weren't cleared over a period of time.. Somehow it was discovered and it was a buying / covering frenzy.
The stock ran from fractions of a penny to over .60 in 2 days.. People turned into millionaires overnight.

Whenever they want. The key thing is to break resistance and increase volume.. That way it pressures them to make a decision whether to pray for a drop or to cover and essentially force the price higher.

100 shares were sold at 125 nine seconds before close to paint the close red. Manipulation by a scared short seller obviously. Check it out! It's a FACT!
Shorts are trying every form of manipulation to cover cheaply. It's not working, and this is why they are frustrated and spreading misinformation.
This is a good sign for longs! Shorts will need to cover on the ask. And with such a low float, super thin ask, and stronger hands holding for multi-silver, it appears the price will be moving higher from now on. Bottom in in. Higher lows!
