People are young and will learn that we actually do and can control the companies actions even by filing with the SEC more than 5% ownership and be forced to be put on the BOD. Even if the TA wants to play that game we can force the company to hire a different TA that will disclose. It is our right to know the SS at all times as transparency and accountability is key.
that will not do anything ... most times the t/a requires you to get a note from the company so they can tell you the s/s. The sec will do nothing.

Bruce Barren, CEO of M Line, commented, "We continue to exercise our Business Plan, closing in on the acquisitions and expanding our current business with new and enhancing existing customers. Although the move did put us behind in our implementation schedule, we will be announcing our preliminary results within two weeks and expect to meet our forecasts."

August 4th filing states that the toxic finance ASHER ENTERPRISES, INC. has been paid off!! Look at most companies PPS when Asher was involved, but once Asher is gone companies tend to rebound shortly after. MLHC is just starting that rebound here.
Wouldnt be too sure about that bud. Watch and learn a few tricks from a pro. You can always follow me @stocklordz on twitter. By the way I have helped shape a few companies like $MYE* when it was at .002 and $MIN* at .0014 and $SPL* at .002 by dealing directly with the CEO's and helped them get to their highs. Im not the type who sits on my thumbs from the sidelines and watches as I am a shareholder and have a say in the companies I invest in. When I talk CEO's listen and take notes. You would be surprised with my credentials just as they are.
