Good thought-and CEMEX -a very large corp- very well could be the only cement company in Ensenada- anybody know?
They also were doing major work on Bajas interstate- hwy 1 - from Ensenada to the area of the mine in the last few years, plus paved the 2 lane road from San Felipe to Puertocitos (sp?) .
