I think Missouri's motto is, "loot me" which rhymes with "dilute me" which AMBS could possibly do with more shares on their books. I am not saying that will happen but it surely makes it easier for them to do so. BTW, I am in support of it. It's the better option vs not doing it and hamstringing the company.
