The catalyst was fully tested in a 1kg processor and then in a 1-ton processor. Mr. Bordynuik had offers in hand to buy the resulting oil for WTI-$3/bbl, at the time clearing $68/bbl. These are all hard facts as represented by Mr. Bordynuik to investors five years ago.

This wasn't supposed to be an unproven technology...and even today the company keeps the capabilities vague, undoubtedly hoping many will continue to believe the only obstacles to full profitable product are the continuous delays which keep cropping up. No mention that Mr. Bordynuik's process was initially misrepresented by Mr. Bordynuik himself and, in fact, utterly worthless.
