$ELRA .0034 IS A MUST WATCH...I REPEAT A MUST WATCH. Hit it's 52 week low today. If you look at the chart you will see it run 200%, 500% etc out of the blue. Just LOOK at the chart this has HAPPENED NUMEROUS TIMES. Let me give you 2 RECENT examples. Look at the chart on 7/7/14 when it hit a 52 week low of .008. On that day people were screaming "run for the hills, lock your doors close your windows, this is heading to 0!" ...by 8\15 it ran to .044 OVER 500%!. Then more recently when it hit a new 52 week low on 8/7/14 of .0045, they screamed again look it's the DEVIL RUN! The very next day on 8\8 it ran to .0139! Many more examples but I don't want to bore you. The OPPORTUNITY is here again. If after dissecting the chart and reading this post, if it runs to 1 cent tomorrow will you be shocked? I doubt it. ...it would be OBVIOUS.

NEW YORK, Aug 08, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Elray Resources Inc. (OTCBB:ELRA) announced today that it has Entered into a Definitive Stock Purchase Agreement.
Elray Resources Inc., has completed the sale of 10,000,000 shares of common stock at a price of 3 cents per share. The Share Purchase Agreement has been concluded with a Strategic Asian Partner, Longma Holdings Limited. Longma is a Hong Kong Company.
As a result of the closing of this transaction, $300,000.00 in cash will be paid to Elray.
The parties to the Transaction have agreed to work together in developing Elray's Technology and Gaming business in Asia.
Neither the Company nor any of its affiliates have a material relationship with the Purchaser, other than in respect of the Purchase Agreement.
