we live or die with the incompetence of Elite's management. It couldn't be said better.
He so expert that he waited until the FDA approval. It is clear to be that Elite was caught by surprise by the supplier's requirements just as Elite was caught by surprise with the requirements for API for phentermine. Guess Elite has to reinvent the wheel with every drug?
Another slap in the face to generics reinforcing CEO's own beliefs which by the way I happen to agree with you:

"I am left with my observation that regarding generics

they are merely a hobby of elite and seem to be tinkered

puttered around with, as a way to relax from the real work

at hand our art drugs, I get it, but would like to have seen"
Agreed lasers, always appreciate your input... Thanks again..!!
Tap Dance #2. Guess CEO proved for all the hype that Big Pharma love Elite it was not the case. Big Pharma loves Big Pharma period and of course the other hype that generics were going to pay for ART also was nipped in the butt by his actions to not pursue "bread crumbs" as if he had whole loaves of bread. Instead he flooded the market with shares so that he could be in a good negotiating position. Anyway the best case is that for some the hype definitely proved fruitful.
Nasrat Hakim spoke eloquently as a highly experienced veteran pharma that strikes true with veterans such as myself. $ELTP is marked for greatness and for those that have the wisdom and patience, much richness investment rewards will be had.
Nasrat responds to the naysayers of the LPC deal in CC:

Question: I don’t think there was a big surprise why the price of the stock is suppressed. I think the vote for the new shares is one of the biggest reasons and I wanted to ask about that. I think there was a big concern among investors about the increased number of shares and I also wanted to ask what is happening with the possible uplifting at the stock.

Answer: Nasrat Hakim

Okay. The uplifting of the stock on the NASDAQ is one of the things that I don’t mind, and, again preliminary, I see us there in 2016. I have always said this from day one, I do believe in fundamentals. I need to see our company have solid fundamentals, earnings and revenues, which determines the price of the stock and I do not want to rush to any stock exchange and have us crash back into a penny stock. Okay. So it’s not going to happen until we file a product, get an approval and start generating revenue. I want us there for good period. And hopefully it will happen organically and the financials will support it.

As to the number of shares, and I’ve heard what you said from other callers and from few people. Maybe it is, but the fact is whenever you are a small company like us, which have an exceptional product and you don’t have money to take it all the way, you have to bring in some kind of a financing. The Lincoln Park deal has been one of the best things that this company has ever done.

Here is my analogy of why I think that is excellent. (indiscernible) on this beautiful house that’s sitting on a great mansion, but it doesn’t have a roof, and you know that if you do not invest the money in building the roof, rain is going to destroy it, okay. Bring in a 10th person who will take 10% of that in pi or pie, if you will, will be the best way for you to protect the house and have a roof on top of it and have an asset that’s valuable.

Elite was exactly like that. We had the technology that we could not take anyway, because we don’t have money and without the deal with Novel and without the deal with Lincoln Park, the company would not have increased 500% in share even though we added more share and the company would not be able to get an approval for the first half product. Yes, it is a traded, but I think it’s more than a fair one.
The article is published and newbies might stumble on it separate from this board. Acknowledging the article's existence is not to be misleading.

It is to address your purported misrepresentations. The article is attributed to a reporter---and not an alias on a message board.

But forgive me nevertheless.
Not a single generic has been launched in 2014 that I am aware of and it might affect investors since it is now widely known that these are bread crumb products. If the CEO does not believe in what he sold Elite why should anyone believe in them and may actually disdain, as I do, that Elite bought the junk off of him.
snupoled IMO as a Pharma veteran, I can assure you that $ELTP has put top priorities on their $ELTP Generics, the revenues from which, are used to fund the trialing and submittal costs of their ART/ADT family of ELI products for which ELI-200 will be the Flagship and 1st product.
Rounding up our Daily OTC stock focus was shares in Elite Pharmaceuticals (OTC: ELTP) which is another stock that could be in for a potential move higher today after closing lower by 8% in Mondays session. Trading has been volatile during August for Elite Pharma; however downside trading has normally been followed up with a sharp move higher off support levels. The stock closed at $0.31 ahead of the opening bell today. Now that is smart people
Eltp Yes indeed IMO. Hopefully the FDA means what it says and will Fast Track the approval of $ELTP 12Hr ER ADT ELI-200 Morphine/Naltrexone. Camargo +80 persons BE/PK of ELI-200 has been highly successful and the $ELTP shareholders now wait for the FDA to Fast Track approve ELI-200 as a 505B2 NDA
I will just take the word of the FDA. thNKA

http://www.fda.gov/NewsEvents/Newsroom/PressA...406407.htm
Actually agree 100%.
Fast track from there, GLTA
Holding .31 good support there
lasers, no doubt. we live or die with fda decision

I am left with my observation that regarding generics

they are merely a hobby of elite and seem to be tinkered

puttered around with, as a way to relax from the real work

at hand our art drugs, I get it, but would like to have seen

cash flow positive on generic side of busin. which at one time

would have brought us to 1-2 bucks on their own if serious concern

work hours were thrown to that division

snup dawg
Quote:
I'm buying today at .305 and .285

yeah right...why .305 if you think its going as low as .285 ?
snupoled. The meat on the bone is coming for $ELTP. The planned meeting with the FDA in Sept/Oct is like 110% positive for ELI-200 which will be $ELTP FLAGSHIP first ART/ADT.
