Moderators---Isn't there anything you can do to protect this board? The juvenile ranting of one individual has destroyed all rational discussion!
How is L2 looking?
This is not a RALLY, this is an EXODUS!
Better lower back down, again. HEHE
Did you say lawyers? LOLOL HAHAHA What a laugh I just had! Thx!
Now were looking at 5 minute trends LOL. The trend is up. Its now at $1.27 up from $1.24 LOL
OK I trust your analysis over real patent lawyers. LOL
Look at the trend, not the current price. It shows MASSIVE dumping!
Key word - invention. There is no invention here. Only software coding. Taking two common functions and combining them for a 3rd is done ALL THE TIME, in development companies. This patent never should have been APPROVED!
Interesting comment written by NYSE
"Before embarking on its Section 101 analysis in Alice, the Supreme Court emphasized the caution with which courts should proceed when considering Section 101 issues: “we tread carefully in construing this exclusionary principle lest it swallow all of patent law.” Id. at 2354. The Supreme Court was careful to state that “an invention is not rendered ineligible for patent simply because it involves an abstract concept.” Id. (citing Diamond v. Diehr, 450 U.S. 175, 187 (1981)). “‘Applications of such concepts ‘to a new and useful end’ . . . remain eligible for patent protection.” Id. (quoting Gottschalk v. Benson, 409 U.S. 63, 67 (1972)).
Ultimately,"
I TRIED to warn everyone where this was headed!
Got real quiet! LOL
I thought this was a wireless phone company. Just proves they REALLY are PATENT TROLLS! They should change their business description!
It won't change anything about where this stock is headed.
dont be a basher,, Vringo is also buying all patents related to the invention of the vibrating dildo used by millions of men and woman...huge news !!!$$$$
.
Sweet banked $5k. Wheeweee.
My charts show dumping!
POSTSTYLE:
It seems that the 2 to 1 reversal would not hold should an en banc request make it. Those 2 judges threw out the final judgment of the district court judge, the jury win for VRNG, and the USPTO's acceptance of the patents in question.
What's your take?
Sorry for the unbelievable reversal to those impacted.
Cheers, Steve
Where's the link? Doesn't do anything for the company. It will cost them as much in legal fees as they can get from settlement. What a JOKE this company is!
