What should PTAH be trading at???
Based on assets and current revenues fair market cap should be at least $10mil - putting shareprice at $.0055 (if O/S was maxed out, which it is not). With the amount they have been increasing revenues a market cap which is reasonable based on new company growth (financing & acquisition & growing revenues) would be $20mil putting share price at $.011 (if O/S is maxed out).
This calculation of what the company should be valued at (Market Cap) was done based on the last P & L, revenues, assets and liabilities… $PTAH

This is a variation of the capitalized earnings method. Here, goodwill earnings equal earnings adjusted for the interest cost of book value. The total value attributed to goodwill equals the present value of its earnings for the number of years goodwill is expected to last at an expected rate of return. Book value is added to the goodwill value to arrive at an estimate of the total business value.
This method is a further refinement of the Capitalized Earnings Method described above. The most significant difference is that goodwill is included in the calculation. This is the most commonly used valuation formula.

I can see .007 conservatively. will depend on weak hands. so getting in at .001 is a good entry IMO.
I hope I am wrong but bid sitters are waiting for emotional people to slap the ask so their bid can fill. I will sit on the sidelines to see where this lands in the next hour or so and may consider an entry.

I like the action so far today. Had some profit takers, but new money has come in and taken all of there shares and now we churn a little until we break HOD. Lot of day left!
