I agree 100%, which is why I said "may be worth" $1+. PowerBattles did an excellent job with those calculations. I wouldn't sell a single share until all of the official information from the company is released.

It came to me as SDE SEA WAVE ENERGY. I just hovered my mouse over it actually and the email address info@sdeglobal.com popped up, so that must be where they sent it from, because I remember that I sent the email to the address posted on their website.
There is great potential here but what we have is a reverse merger with no details on the revenue, profitability, management structure or share structure of the resulting entity. Until that comes out the best that can be done is what Powerbattles did (which was a good effort). If the shares O/S double for either voting control or the need for cash for expansion or simply to cover operating costs, a PR on the finalization won't illuminate this. We need a post-merger financial doc to understand how the company will confirms and profitably monetize the backlog which will move the PPS up. For now, this is a lottery ticket and you should invest accordingly.

Yeah I saw that man. Don't let these idiots get to you. I share all DD, whether good or bad with the board. My messages are for long term shareholders, so it doesn't bother me. I can go toe to toe with anyone, because I know what I own. All accurate DD whether good or bad should be welcomed here. The merger is being finalized and completed, all we have to do is wait. If people fall into the trap of selling a stock that may be worth more than a dollar for less than 2 cents, then that's their problem.

Sorry Vulcan but in penny land and stock trading in general there is always going to be PPS discussions and in a lot of those instances, here specifically, you were involved in. As far as it showing immaturity, I kindly disagree. We are here to make money and the PPS discussions are a part of that. Those discussions are kind of a major part when trading stocks especially in the situation we have been in here with what is expected to be a deal that can cause a major fluctuation in the PPS, both positive and negative.
Although any one can discuss what they would like, as so long as it is on topic, we only have limited information to discuss when it comes to the technology. Up until this point we have been going on speculation which is why it is very important that the company release a PR showing that the deal has been completed so we can move on and worry about other topics such as the technology of SDE that we would then know belongs to BBRD.
As of now, this very moment in time, we have no official documentation showing a finalized merger so the tech basis has been covered well enough imo for a company that we still don't know 100% belongs to us yet.
Not trying to attack you but when I read your post you were clearly indicating the maturity level of the past conversations here and many times did I remember you taking part and/or leading those very discussions. That and I don't like being called immature or insinuation as so unless it is called for which in this case it is not. Money is money and the PPS plays a major part in how much money I have so I naturally will discuss it. Have a great day sir and best of luck to us all.
