Yes, I agree Steve said some things that weren't exactly true, or hasn't come to fruition. Other than that he has been pretty upfront with us... This AS structure is what is kiiling us though. He should have waited until after we were showing profits to do this. Unless he has some kind of aquisition or sale in mind...
