Something about the facebook countdown that was done and some of the things said on stt radio and on facebook and messaging boards that possibly ran contraryto actual events and it also coinciding with shares being sold and leading to continued pps drops and issues regarding the share structure having a continous negative effect against shareholders.
These are the apparent issues as i understand it from 1 complainant filing.
