Whatever.....folks caught in bad situation, not their fault, would have been hard to see from any perspective.
Nokia dumped those patents for a reason. ; )
No, i know what business they are in. They bought hand me down patents so they could build their cash base suing companies over antiquated technology rights. My guess is that they could care less about generating revenue with the patents, outside of lawsuits. Read the 10Q, that's ALL it talks about. Nothing in there related to selling services or products.
Are you saying you didn't KNOW what business they're in?
You thought maybe it was a condom company?
Oh, that's right, another lawsuit! This company is nothing more than a patient infringenent Case Mill. The only people making money on this stock are the lawyers! Lord knows we'll NEVER see a penny of *the cash*!
AGREE! .025-.55
So how many shares do you have SHORT, cause this is obviously going alot lower
Thanks for confirming A.R. from operations is ZERO, because, there are NO product or service offerings. No revenue is being GENERATED, hence, A.R. is ZERO!
I said the cash is from lawsuit settlements, in my last post. But, you are missing the point. This company has ZERO revenue from normal operations. And, they even stated that the loss of the search patent appeal would cripple them.

$21M IN REVENUE LOSS, and, the only money they have is from lawsuit settlements. The company even stated in their annual report that CASH BURN is high from ALL the companies they are SUING. $13M in LEGAL expenses!

Then, on top of ALL that, they are claiming $65M in GOODWILL asset. Goodwill from what, all the lawsuits? They have NO revenues from product or service offerings. That ASSET is OVERstated.

This company needs to be AUDITED. IMO

You'll have to be MORE specific. You see, I know every number I have provided is correct, because, I pulled every number from the 10q. You, on the other hand, are making blanket statements. So, it is your burden to disprove anything I have stated. I welcome your reply. ; )
epic
The money from settlements talked about in the 10Q is from other litigation that they have successfully settled recently (ie: ADT/Tyco) NOT Google money. Also in the past they received $1 million from MSFT along with patents. Neither of which will be returned. You would know this if you followed this stock more than just the past 2 days.

VRNG was never entitled to actually collect a penny from GOOG until appeals were final. Therefore no potential GOOG awards were ever factored into the financial reports. You can't report money that you never received. Please stop clogging the board with your nonsense.
Yes the operative word was but now ZTE is the new prize.
THIS COMPANY'S LIFE WAS BASED ON WINNING THOSE LAWSUIT'S I EXPECT THIS WILL KEEP FALLING. OMG OUCH
Your right it is a matter of Public Record. But you are making statements that are not backed up in the 10q. I suggest you read it again and state facts only--Good Luck!
...that's what she said.
It is a matter of public record. Check the 10Q. It s ALL in there. Per the 10q, their cash on hand consists of lawsuit settlements. Everything that I have posted was pulled directly from the 10q.
That's the ugliest candle I've ever seen in my life
Got bunch on friday.Lets see how it goes on Monday
