I hope she is the ba11 buster we all think she is...
CNBC talks Bill Ackman. HIs IPO will come out of country according to rule from 1930's.

The Board should not be paid if they cannot fulfill their most important duty, to act in the best interest of the company. Yet, they continue to get paid with taxpayer money for what? to support the fhfa, administration's agenda? Again the main culprit seems to be the bozos that wrote that part too, that the Board must report to the Fhfa director.
Not likely, but possible as long as that wording is there? Who the heck thought it would be great to give one person so much power? I'd like to go back and study who really authored the "Acts", conservatorship, agreements. I know we're all responsible for the people we elected and legislation for which we voted. That's why it's so important to push for legislation today that is brief, concise, easily understandable, not 800 pages of mumbo jumbo, and then "let's pass it, so we can see what's in it."
Clap along if you feel like a room without a roof
From Profitter, thanks; after Granny wins?

Gotcha, I was assuming the 30 yr and the 40 yr to be within half of one percent of each other.
Your right, the 30 is the way.
The only problem with the 40 year in my experience (used to be available) was that the pricing was not as competitive as the 30 year. The effective payment was actually very similar. With that said, the 30 made more sense. In theory...if the rate was the same and the payment was lower, it would help.
LOL- Letgo-
you can feel their pain with the lipsinking.
get the feeling they would just like to play rather than do the "tv stage" thing.
He fails to mention the role of the conservator and the blatant disregard the govt has for that role. They like the receivership role much better.

ACKMAN filed his second suit ... add'l media coverage
The shareholders made a bet on Fannie and Freddie's usefulness and performance and profitability. Y'know, like shareholders do. And the government, in effect, made a bet that Fannie and Freddie would disappear. That's why Treasury got the 2008 deal "wrong": It didn't count on Fannie and Freddie's quick return to profitability, so it just assumed that the draconian bailout it offered would effectively zero the shareholders. The shareholders' bet seems, so far, to be right, so it's understandable that they think they should get the benefit of that bet. And why they're mad that the government has taken it instead

The Times They Are A-Changin'
<<We are at a critical juncture in the lawsuits>>
And so also We The People are at the inflection point -- time for a Full Court Press, every one who can to contact their Representatives, Media and relevant Organizations to lobby for the immediate restoration of Shareholders' Rights.
Come gather 'round people
Wherever you roam
And admit that the waters
Around you have grown
And accept it that soon
You'll be drenched to the bone
If your time to you
Is worth savin'
Then you better start swimmin'
Or you'll sink like a stone
For the times they are a-changin'.
Come writers and critics
Who prophesize with your pen
And keep your eyes wide
The chance won't come again
And don't speak too soon
For the wheel's still in spin
And there's no tellin' who
That it's namin'
For the loser now
Will be later to win
For the times they are a-changin'.
Come senators, congressmen
Please heed the call
Don't stand in the doorway
Don't block up the hall
For he that gets hurt
Will be he who has stalled
There's a battle outside
And it is ragin'
It'll soon shake your windows
And rattle your walls
For the times they are a-changin'.
Come mothers and fathers
Throughout the land
And don't criticize
What you can't understand
Your sons and your daughters
Are beyond your command
Your old road is
Rapidly agin'
Please get out of the new one
If you can't lend your hand
For the times they are a-changin'.
The line it is drawn
The curse it is cast
The slow one now
Will later be fast
As the present now
Will later be past
The order is
Rapidly fadin'
And the first one now
Will later be last
For the times they are a-changin'
here u go letgo- Is there anything else i can do for you (us)
thanks letgo for all your efforts- beta
It's the little old lady from Pasadena
It's a little old lady from Pasadena
Go granny, go granny, go granny go
Has a pretty little flower bed of white gardenias
Go granny, go granny, go granny go
But parked in her rickety old garage
Is a brand new shiny red super stock dodge
And everybody's saying that there's nobody meaner
Than the little old lady from Pasadena
She drives real fast and she drives real hard
She's the terror of Colorado Boulevard
It's the little old lady from Pasadena
You could see her on the street just getting her kicks now
Go granny, go granny, go granny go
With her 4-speed stick and 426 now
Go granny, go granny, go granny go
She's gonna get a ticket now sooner or later
'Cause she can't keep her foot off the accelerator
And everybody's saying that there's nobody meaner
Than the little old lady from Pasadena
She drives real fast and she drives real hard
She's a terror of Colorado Boulevard
It's the little old lady from Pasadena
And everybody's saying that there's nobody meaner
Than the little old lady from Pasadena
She drives real fast and she drives real hard
She's a terror of Colorado Boulevard
It's the little old lady from Pasadena
If you see her on the street don't try to choose her
Go granny, go granny, go granny go
You may have a go but you never choose her
Go granny, go granny, go granny go
The guys come to race her from miles around
But she'll give 'em a length then she'll shut 'em down
And everybody's saying that there's nobody meaner
Than the little old lady from Pasadena
She drives real fast and she drives real hard
She's a terror out on Colorado Boulevard
It's the little old lady from Pasadena
Go granny, go granny, go granny go
Granny go
Go granny, go granny, go granny go
Granny go
Go granny, go granny, go granny go
Granny go
Go granny, go granny, go granny go
Granny go

We are at a critical juncture in the lawsuits. Ackman, Berkowitz, et al, know this and with this latest filing are seeking to light the fire under the judges to make a prompt, righteous decision. They are seeking out a judge who will serve Constitutional justice to set the tone for the rest of the cases. Look for additional suits to be filed in the near term.

The author Matt Levine fails to mention that that Government sold their preferred FNF shares with the intent on the killing of the two companies shortly thereafter. There are internal emails to prove this.
Can't wait to see how the boys who signed on the dotted line get away with this attempted murder charge.
I disagree. The 40 yr mortgage with the proper down payment and proper credit score would certainly stimulate the market. I'm not saying to loan money to every tom, dick and Harry but with more disposable income the market would see a general incline. And when investors buy real estate they need to have confidence their investment is stable.
That's the way I see it as well.
