VFIN and VNDM have sold
1,048,027,560 shares total from July 1st 2013 to July 31st 2014...
Now I'm guessing they have sold another 100,000,000 in August 2014.
They must be done or very close to being done.
Now that the company has cash on hand, it might never need to issue another share for debt in the future. VFIN and VNDM will be a thing of the past.
MYEC will bounce back hard and fast
High risk- high reward. MYEC bought me a corvette and paid over half my house off and did some additions. Have a large stash of apple stock that I bought pre-split. Don't let anyone say it cant happen as it did for me. Could of been once in a lifetime but that's why we play the game here.
I know i keep looking at the chart looking for something...Anybody do fibs out there. I know monkey something with the wolf of weed st but anybody here keep those numbers.
The audited financials will coincide with the SEC reporting, as it has been stated. I don't believe they are gonna reveal some unknown revelation. However, by reading the current financials, MYEC has a methodical plan in place. The engine has just fired and and will take a lil time to get up to racing speed. One thing I have learned with this stock is that the "charts" have a difficult time predicting the future. There are too many awesome elements in play that are outside the numbers. Go MYEC
Agree...my feeling is that conversion is perhaps just about done...however we will need to confirm this over this upcoming week...
Regardless, what is interesting is the manner with which this stock can take off as soon as MM's ease off i.e. last 15 min of power hour Friday...
Again confirmation of debt holder conversion will soon be known...

Why do do you say no audited books, it was stated the Form 10 was being compiled for the filing to SEC
Jan and Feb shares should be the only ones coming to market, I am thinking anything earlier already bought up. We should be close looking at volumn taking into account flippers and whoever has sold. Hard to know exactly.

Safe to say that the shares were not absorbed in an aggressive fashion at the higher prices....Bottom line is when a company dilutes they cannot be breaking promises into the dilution. They have to be doing what they say when they say it...

Yeah but the discussion of selling shares was quashed by board pumpers as opposed to shared openly and honestly...No legitimate discussions could be had on the subject w/o attacks...
Agreed, didn't mean to suggest that the company was "hiding" shares, just that the shares need to be absorbed

The shares issued for debt were clearly noted in the Q1 fins. Anyone surprised by this just did not either understand how to read the report or didn't choose to do so. The downtrend started immediately after this point. Everyone had a chance to manage their money at that time as the information was properly presented and shareholders notified.
I am learning a lot here. I think I am right about this.
I'm with you DF. Same first buy pps number not quite as many shares but also sold in upper 7's. Still making money with other investments but also payed off house. That feels great and is the reason we invest right. Been buying in when pps warrants a buy and always at ask. Gl to you.
I'm too cheap to pay for the "premium" ihub version. So I can't PM u. But... I agree with u. if the meeting was held now I doubt if the whiners could afford the trip... Their voices would be that of a squeaky mouse.

Mr "Fine" how goes it... i also bought some yesterday (400k) , we shall see...
Great trade I thought about it but did not swing the bat. We had all that sub penny talk scared me away, but I wanted to buy if it traded at 0.11 that is where I felt myec would trade higher. I was out and saw it closed at 0.116. I feel if myec trades again higher on Monday 2 cents or higher by end of the week. MONDAY VERY IMPORTANT DAY, TRADES LOWER I DO NOT KNOW.
