You make some very valid and pragmatic points. In my very humble opinion, and with all due respect to and for Gerald, I believe that Deanne Eagle will serve as a better communicator having been more in touch with the market place and the Streets' complex investment psychology and sensitivity - which can vary greatly at times. This too will enable Gerald to concentrate on the science and moving the company forward, as he has simply out grown this position and the growth in the company as a whole has prompted for change:
