Just logged onto this sight a couple days ago when I saw David (Risk) mention it on yahoo. From what I have been able to read to date .. I must say it is a huge leap forward from the other message board .. KUDOS to all of you who so generously provide opinions, information, etc. so unselfishly!
I see there is a tally going on to see how many shares are accounted for here for the upcoming vote .. my share count presently stands at 500,000 at roughly a $.08 B/E.. was thinking of adding more but with all the noise of increasing by 1 billion and possibly a massive RS .. will probably hold off until it becomes clearer as to what the company's plans are .. was hoping for the RS to be at a $.30-.50 PPS like most of you .. but it seems that may be unlikely at the moment ..
