I see your point... and I'm trying to find a counter... let me just ask, do we know that he postponed partnering? I was under the impression that he was still working out details of the partnership which to me could mean anything...from, needs more data collected or sen and spec needs to be higher before we let you into our CLIA lab, once that is all sorted, splitting of revenue needs to be agreed upon before an official partnership can be announced. But you're saying a suitor or suitors has already given him offers that he rejected, hence a delay while more work was done. Fair enough, i hope you're right.
