Has Gerald ever used the words "JV PARTNER" at any time? "Partner" is what i've always read and heard. Does partner infer the meaning of JV? Again, our BD partnership didn't include cash milestone payments etc... Our new CLIA partnership...or our new Lympro partner or however Gerald does in fact word it, we might pay them zero for their services, but for every test that is given they get a cut of it? And they assure their services will not only be profitable for us under CLIA but will significantly increase chances for FDA approval, in fact their services can just shy of guaranteeing fda approval.
