Re: Warp #3701
Warp: Yeah I probably didn't explain myself very well. I just used .40 cents to contrast it with .10 cents. To get to $4 one would only require a 1:10 RS whereas the other would require a 1:40 RS. (4 Times as high) That was my point. I could have used $3 as the target price. On this post I wasn't addressing the benefits of trading at the higher price on NASDAQ.

Actually, I have called TDameritrade and talked with their margin department and they still offer margin on stocks trading on the NASDAQ that are below $4. So I think we'd still be able to purchase more shares on margin, even if we only up listed to $3, or $2.50.

But getting back to voting for this 1 billion new AS thing, I'm all for it if the right things happen in the next few weeks before the vote. If not, then I'm going to require more reasons and assurances from Gerald than what his blog offered.

I love LymPro. Gerald scored a MASSIVE win when he picked that up! Hey, I'd allow him to use up the entire extra 1 billion shares in six months time if he bought 10 more assets as valuable as LymPro!! But I'm not willing to vote for it if he has to keep paying the salaries and rent through dilution and the devaluation of my shares. Purchasing assets that increase the value of the company is one thing, paying the bills is another. In my opinion, giving us impressive LymPro data and a good LymPro partnership are what I need to see before the vote...to assure me that the AS won't be used to pay the bills.

I think that's reasonable. And I think that's what Gerald suggested he would do in the blog. But if he delays on them....he'd better delay the vote.
