i am not saying that the contracts with the 3 countries are illusions. What i am saying is that the probability of it being an illusion is pretty high. Logic and common sense tells me that if MRIB is taking too much time and money to properly market Marani in California alone (due of course to the vast competition of other more popular named brands), and we are only talking about a few or maybe several million dollars, how do you think they would properly market this vodka say in Brazil on a $50 Million deal?? It is just logistically impossible. Where are they going to get the money? more dilution?
By the way, if anybody could remember that interview with the CEO, she could not even remember one of the three cities in Brazil where the company will distribute Marani. Guys, if you just closed a $50 Million deal, i don't care how difficult the word is, i will make sure i memorize and pronounce the City correctly. That is the least i can do for my partners from Brazil. There are a lot of red flags.
Plus another thing, if you were in the shoes of the distributors in Brazil, would you really spend $50 million on an "untested" brand? or would you rather spend it on a brand name say "Grey Goose"? Yes , it is a little more expensive, but it is a sure thing.
Now, is it looking to be more of an illusion?? Only you guys can answer that question?

believe me that although I have been critical and more negative recently.. I have not flipped nor traded this week. only removed a few hundred thousand worth f or my emergency fund in case it takes a few weeks to rebound. That was last tax return I bought shres with that I should have kept for emergency.
I see us bouncing like ClayTrader outlines as we break .01 then next resistance is .012. Might get a PR . Margrit replied back to another board member tonight and is aware about the carnage. mrib
I'm also holding onto what Margrit stated in the last Money TV release when she said that when the second quarter financials are released we will be pleasantly surprised. We shall see.
I understand that her credibility is currently being questioned by some investors, and rightfully so...certain things she's stated in the past that we haven't gotten answers or updates back on...despite the landmark moves they have made getting product in Costco, etc. Still, I'm here long term because the DD speaks for itself.

Enormous Stock Growth, "15,000% stock growth"
Was this some bragging about high stock prices that weren’t backed up with earnings that could warrant such increase in stock price? Price, not value seems to be the growth discussed.
Without substantial growth in revenue or an increase in scope to more vendors, wasn’t management saying that their stock prices were super inflated? Is it possible this is a correction in price that may continue to relieve yet more of the 15000% stock “growth”. Duh! Dilution is not needed with strategies like this.
Before bragging about stock prices, not value, it would have been be prudent to prove worth rather than suggest anyone buying shares in this company won the lotto because they are shareholders.
This company needs to focus on expanding their base and getting product to more than a one horse pony. There is no COSTCO in my town so this product will never be here if the company thinks Costco is the be all end all. Walmart would get product here.
I took a hard hit here today as I just boarded the train at .0249 and tried some downward averaging. Now I don’t see my money back without some serious improvement in financials that won’t happen if management only wants to pump and dump.
How about getting out there and finding more shelf space in different venues Management? Are you pump and dump or just lazy?

Public statements by officers that material contracts exist when they don't is exactly the type of thing that results in an SEC suspension and getting kicked to the greys. Several of the MMJ stocks recently suffered that exact fate for that exact reason.
The stock is dropping because folks know this and want to get their cash out before they wake up one morning to see 0 volume and read that the stock is suspended.

MRIB lot's more new 52 week highs coming ahead for patient shareholders now that we have 4 licenses from CA ABC, several other state licenses as we head into licenses for all 50 US states. We have all the big PR's that will follow that should help get us to .25 plus ahead IMO in the months ahead. We are already starting in 25 states much bigger than most of us had thought as we are now working on all 50 states. Get ready. Wise money has been loading up huge for the big $$$ ahead! MRIB is by far the best penny stock in penny land IMO. We have real products that are about to go all over the world and they will be in retail stores and restaurants in CA and Costco is a great start for the first larger retail chain. I buy all of our alcohol at Costco for parties etc. and some for around the house if they have what we drink. We will see chasing ahead on big PR's$$$ going forward when no one expects it. Then more huge contract announcements globally. We have a very low SS and low float considering how huge we are growing! It does not get better than this. The MJ stocks do not even compare. You have 3 states allowing MJ sales, very few people smoke MJ when you consider how many people drink alcohol all over the world. I see die hard MRIB shareholders are calm. Mostly sad but calm. I have been through so many ups and downs since last year with MRIB and they huge swings are never fun unless you are buying the blood in the streets and enjoy the huge runs. If I had been a flipper along the way I would be rich! However it is too risky for the reasons I am here. I am here long term for the real $$$ ahead. I believe Margrit and Dan are doing an awesome job and we have tons of bigger PR's going forward. I can not help conversions when they hit from time to time or panic selling all I can do is stick to the real DD that I know. MRIB long and strong.
