Re: HowToPickLosers #10624

with the attracting new investors thing most investors look at share structure before buying and many would turn away at 4 billion, that is all i was saying about that - just don't like how they did it one bit, increasing astronomically at a time when revenues still haven't kicked in on the Q statements.  if everything was great they could have done the increase in the future when revenues are what many people expect, hundreds of thousands of dollars, or millions, then the increase would look more appropriate with what Steve said. but i think someone else on here put it well that they sort of put the cart before the horse here.  i mean why now and why so many shares, i'm sure an increase like 500 mil. would have helped them out while still making it look like they value shares, instead of doubling like it was nothing. no i do not believe it to be a scam but since so many penny stocks are, seeing one that went from 500 mil to 2 bil to 4 bil might appear that way to potential investors.

I agree it can't go to triple zero's like most companies that do this, because they have too much tangible stuff going on, tv shows you can watch, TV network broadcasting, etc. so you are right it isnt going to react the way that other companies do that increase shares and hide in the shadows.

If and hopefully when something good for investors comes out of the increase in shares then I would probably look like a pumper.  But i just don't like acting like i'm hiding something in anything, daily life, my investments, etc so i cant just follow blindly and pump the stock with praises on forums until we are given a reason to do so.  when i think things are really good, yes i will look like a pumper.  i have ~910K shares still whcih is a ton for me, but I felt like I owned more and was more involved before they just doubled the authorized shares like it was nothing.
