3rd day in a row *CDEL* is aiding and abetting naughty NITE
Citadel was just fined $800,000 last week .. shocker i know
first day NSS @ ask 125c
yesterday NSS *split* between 125c (bid/ask)
today 50k >> fed to Nite (5k size) >> 5 seconds after mkt opened
it's not going to matter >> the national co. working with P2O is anything
but a p&d
btw .. i expect the 2nd Q will suck just as much as the first Q did
that isn't what is relevant to this actual investor
NYSDEC 5 and 10 year permits are
settlement re: tools utilized and class period are
first asset sale *is*
BoD seated *is*
2nd asset sale *is*
3rd Q filed *is*
change out of mgmt *is*
uplisting out of the cesspool aka OTC *is*
that is mgmt executing
sorry it eludes
