Edit: It should read- Three of four of the corporations under the HOTI umbrella (OCTI, AEGY, SKTO, ALZM n/k/a NOHO) have either been revoked or suspended. OCTI revoked. AEGY suspended. SKTO suspended.
It should read- Michael J. Gelmon of Calgary, Canada was CEO of AEGY from March 2013 to May 1, 2013. Novation Holdings Inc (NOHO; Gelmon, PSD) acquired 51% voting interest in AEGY in January 2013; all of Novation's voting interest in AEGY was sold to IEquity Corp. for consideration in May 2013.
