TBT: If AEGY registration is revoked by SEC and its ticker is deleted, it wouldn't be the first time for these OTC sharks. Justice will not be served until they are banned for life from the equity markets by the authorities and forced to disgorge ill-gotten gain.

The record shows:

Their HOTI (Healthcare of Today, Inc.) was revoked by SEC in March 2011. Familiar names in HOTI: Robert Hipple General Counsel; Henry Jan CEO; Artemus Mayor VP Sales.

Three of four of HOTI's umbrella corporations (OCTI, AEGY, ALZM n/k/a NOHO) have either been revoked or suspended. NOHO trades at no bid x 0.0001 Gelmon is PSD; Michael Choo (FY 2013 director of ops SKTO; former director AEGY) is a NOHO director.

Hipple's iWorld was revoked; even its corporate charter was revoked by Nevada SOS. iWorld was Hipple's second legal hammering by SEC who prosecuted Hipple for fraud in the iWorld matter and exacted a judgment against him and a five year O&D Bar on March 11, 2010.That will explain his covert behavior since then. Was it coincidence that the first two PRs from SK3---announcing change to MMJ model, acquisition of Medical Greens, Inc., appointment of Kevin Allyn as Chairman of SK3, and $12.5 mil in contracts to Medical Greens from 15 collectives--were issued on March 11, 2013, on the three-year anniversary of his five year O&D Bar for fraud? Was Hipple giving the bird to the SEC?

CEO Michael J. Gelmon's Epicus Communications Group, Inc. (EPCG) was revoked.

Michael J. Gelmon of Calgary, Canada (CEO of AEGY March - May 2014) is President, Secretary and Director of Novation Holdings Inc. Novation Holdings traded its 51% interest in AEGY to I Equity Corp. for consideration in May 2013. Gelmon is also President of Novation Consulting Services LLC (NCS) that provides corporate services for fees (e.g., convertible debt) to AEGY as of 12/31/2012, like John F. Burke, AEGY consulting principal account officer and SKTO consultant/financial report preparer. Burke is Treasurer of NCS. NCS is Registered Agent for NOO. Michael Choo served as director of NOHO; Robert Hipple, NOHO Corporate Counsel.

Gelmon is on a roll with his remaining unrevoked and unsuspended companies. A record to be proud of if striving to hit bottom while selling lots of insider shares into the market is the object of the game.
