Hey Maui,
I very seldom post, and it is because I do not want people to misunderstand and even possible accuse me of pumping or bashing. Trust me, I am neither. As stated, I have been a shareholder or watching AMBS since it was below a penny. Unfortunately, I did not buy when it was under a penny (kicked myself many times for not) but at that time they did not have the catalyst they have today. But I did buy under a nickel and have bought many times, watching it go to almost .20 twice and come back down. I have never doubted the investment until the last few weeks.....and still not saying it is bad, but as Tanis or someone said, I am now sleeping with one eye open
To answer some of your questions, it may appear I am a basher, which I am not. However, I will give some general remarks as I do not want to go and dig up the exact quotes and dates as honestly, I do not have time, and it will not add anything to this board. GC did say on more than one occasion that he did not see a need for dilution. Around that time he was saying that we might can uplist without a reverse split, or at least it was a possibility. When I said 3 out of 4 tests were not close to being complete, I was referring to the fact that some of them did not even have the number of participants needed to conduct the tests. This came directly from GC. When I say GC might be pumping without his realization, it is from the above statements I am referring. He might be better just saying nothing instead of getting shareholders excited about news or results that may or may not happen or be available. When I remarked that I am now wondering if we will get any upfront money from our partner, you don't have to be too smart to realize that if we were going to get 30-50M in cash, then the extra shares would not be needed. If we just want to protect from a hostile takeover, there are ways to attach voting rights to shares that will take care of that and will not potentially increase dilution. Now these remarks make me seem like a basher.....and again, I am not, but do have concerns.
To also sound like a pumper, I am very confident we will have a Lympro partner. I thought it was going to be Quest but J&J is still viable possibility. Either would be excellent and I think we would see a large jump in SP immediately. I think Retinitis (spelling) is a lot bigger deal than we on the board have discussed. That is a homerun if it works! Would put money on the table and make MANF in much greater demand. I truly like that GC communicates as I am invested in countless other stocks and get almost zero communication. Lincoln Financial did not agree to invest 20M without knowing something we do not know....period. Last, you do not build a management team at the level AMBS has without having a solid product with great potential.
So, hopefully you will see I am not a pumper or basher, but simply a concerned shareholder. I would like nothing more than to see AMBS grow 1000% and I think it can happen. I just do not want to see us go through 5 generations of shareholders and have a lot of ill will in the process. We have some very intelligent posters on this board who do a lot of good DD. Hopefully good news coming that will let me sleep with both eyes closed!!! GLTA
