I have heard of large companies killing off smaller companies several times. lol. What a dark post.
Show me where etrade sold naked shorts of XUII. Or shorted XUII in general. Etrade doesn't short most OTC under $1, and XUII is included

If the company is big enough, and politically connected, then they will simply have the key players in XUII murdered, a contract hit, effectively eliminating them from competition. Happens all the time, we just do not hear about it as we move on to the next runner.
